Additionally, its modular design allows for simple expansion or upgrades to accommodate more applications, such as catalyst evaluation and membrane performance research.

Features of the CFRD Multifunctional Benchtop Fixed-Bed System:

Modular Design: Based on user requirements for flow control, temperature, pressure, corrosion resistance, and automation level, materials, equipment, instruments, process flow, and analytical instruments (e.g., GC, conductivity meters) are modularly selected and designed.

Integrated Manual/Automatic Control: The hardware control system uses Siemens PLC modules and a 10.2-inch MCGS touchscreen. With a deeply customized operating system, operation is more convenient. The DCS interface includes process flow, flow rate, temperature display and control screens, and data trend charts.

Multiple Safety Protections: Parameter ranges can be set in the operating system to prevent incorrect input. If pressure or temperature exceeds limits, the control system automatically initiates protective measures and alerts the user. Equipped with safety valves to prevent system overpressure.
